150F panels are clipped into the concealed suspension system to form a closed joint linear-ceiling. 150F Ceiling systems is ideal ceiling solution for exterior and interior where ceiling is required at an economical price.
150 F Ceiling System is widely used for False Ceiling in canopies of Petrol Pumps, CNG Stations, LPG Stations, Toll Plazas, etc.
Panels: 150mm wide,17mm deep, length up to 5mtr. with interlock flange to give flush look.
Material: 0.45 / 0.50mm Galvanized Steel & 0.65mm Aluminium – TCT.
Carrier: 34mm wide, 48mm deep of 0.60mm thick Black Coil Coated Galvanised Steel to hold panel in module of 150mm.
Paint finish: 55 microns thick powder coating on exposed surface or 25 microns polyester coil coated over primer on visible surface with primer coat on rear side.
Suspension: T leveler, GS Suspension Angle, Panel coupler, Carrier Coupler, GS/Aluminium Edge Profile 18mm (Horizontal) * 20mm (Vertical) for interior use.
